THOMAS GOLDSTEIN ARGUES FOR THE RESPONDENTS IN AIR AND LIQUID SYSTEMS CORP V. DEVRIES

On October 10, Thomas Goldstein argued before the Supreme Court on behalf of the respondents in Air and Liquid Systems Corp. v. DeVries, a case concerning whether products-liability defendants can be held liable under maritime law for injuries caused by products that they did not make, sell or distribute.
