On January 13, Thomas Goldstein argued before the Supreme Court on behalf of the petitioner in Mach Mining v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.  The case addressed whether and to what extent a court may enforce the EEOC’s mandatory duty to conciliate discrumination claims before filing suit.
