Thomas Goldstein Argues for Petitioners in Gelboim v. Bank of America Corporation

On December 10, Thomas Goldstein argued before the Supreme Court on behalf of the petitioners in Gelboim v. Bank of America Corporation.  The case addressed whether the dismissal of an action is immediately appealable when the case has been consolidated with others for pretrial purposes.
