Goldstein & Russell Listed Among Top Three Supreme Court Litigation Firms Last Term

A recent article in the ABA Journal noted that Goldstein & Russell attorneys argued seven of the 67 cases heard at the Supreme Court last term, tying it with Gibson Dunn and Wilmer Hale for the most cases argued by a firm. This upcoming term the firm is already set to argue Omnicare, Inc. v. Laborers District Council Construction Industry Pension Fund, Gelboim v. Bank of America Corporation, and Mach Mining v. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.
