Tejinder Singh Argues for Petitioner in Lane v. Franks

On April 28, Tejinder Singh argued before the Supreme Court on behalf of the petitioner in Lane v. Franks.  The case involves a First Amendment challenge by a public employee who was fired for giving truthful testimony in a criminal corruption trial against a state legislator.
