Supreme Court Grants Firm's Petition In Immigration Case

On April 2, the Court granted the firm's cert. petition in Moncrieffe v. Holder, a case involving the immigration consequences for distribution of a small amount of marijuana without remuneration.  Tom Goldstein will argue the case for the petitioner in the Fall.
