Tom Goldstein to Argue FLSA Case in Supreme Court in April

On April 16, 2012, Tom Goldstein will argue on behalf of the petitioner employees in the Supreme Court in Christopher v. SmithKline Beecham Corp.  The case concerns the outside sales exemption to the overtime requirements of the Fair Labor Standards Act.  The firm represents pharmecutical detailers who promote brand-name drugs to doctors, but who do not actually sell any products to physicians or pharmacies.
