Firm To Argue Two Cases In Supreme Court In February

The firm's partners will argue two cases at the Supreme Court in February.  On February 21, Kevin Russell will argue on behalf of the petitioners in Freeman v. Quicken Loans, a case involving interpretation of the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.  The next week, on February 29, Tom Goldstein will argue on behalf of the respondents in Magner v. Gallagher, a case regarding the availability of disparate impact claims under the Fair Housing Act.
