GRW Files Cert. Petition Challenging Steel Tariffs

The firm recently file a cert. petition asking the Supreme Court to review a Federal Circuit decision upholding former President Trump’s extension of steel tariffs to steel derivatives without complying with the statutory process under the Trade Expansion Act for imposing new tariffs.
