Firm Argues on Behalf of Plaintiff in Ninth Circuit

Today Daniel Woofter presented oral argument before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit in Fletcher v. Idaho Department of Corrections, No. 21-35128, a case asking whether a person who is not convicted of a sex crime can constitutionally be forced to undergo mandatory sex offender therapy—in prison and as a condition of parole—without adversarial process beforehand.
